Champiñon and Spanish ham is a good combination for a quick and healthy dish.
This is a very easy spanish recipe.
Recipe of Mushrooms with ham:
- Champiñon (mushrooms).
- Olive Oil
- Cured ham (jamón serrano)
Wash the mushroom and slice them in fine slices.
In a mortar pulverize some garlic along with salt and parsley.
In a pan, fry this mixture with two or three spoons of olive oil.
Add the mushrooms into the frypan.
If you like spicy food you can add some chilli.
When the mushrooms are almost fried is the moment when you have to add the Spanish Jamon Serrano.
Cut the cured ham in cubes and add it to the frying pan.
Remove from the fire and serve!
For two people half a kilograme of mushrooms and 50 grammes of ham will be enough.
Like always, try to get spanish products, but if you can not, try to get something very close to the tradicional Spanish products.
