Patatas Bravas is one of the most popular tapa in Spain, you can find it almost everywhere.
It is a dish of fried potatoes with a spicy sauce, they are spiced potatoes.

Recipe of Patatas Bravas:

Ingredients:
  • Potatoes.
  • Olive oil.
  • Tomatos.
  • Tabasco.
  • Salt

We are going to make the sauce in first place, it is a interenting idea to make the sauce as you can store it in case you need to make Spices Potatoes again in the next hours or the next day.
Put some tomatoes in boiling water a few minutes, then you have to put them for 4-5 seconds in cold water, this will hepl to peel them.
Peel the tomatoes and remove the seeds cutting them in half before.
Now put the tomatoes in a blender, add tabasco and olive oil and mix well.
(For 4 tomatoes 2 tablespoonfuls of olive oil and 1 teaspoonful of Tabasco will work well, but add more tabasco if you want real hot, spicy bravas)
Cut the potatoes in irregular cubes, you can do this using a knife to cut them but before ending the cut crack the potato.
Put olive oil in a frying pan and fry the potatoes (add salt if you like) in it when the oil is very hot.
When the potatoes are ready put them in a big dish, salt them if you have not done it before and put the sauce al over the potatoes.
Serve while the dish is hot
